The Vevey Montessori Middle School offers a unique learning environment. Small class sizes and a staff of skilled and experienced teachers allow us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with virtually no discipline problems, where the common goal is quality education, customized for each student.
The weekly schedule consists of 30 periods of 55 minutes, including 3 to 4 hours of supervised study to consolidate learning, prepare homework or catch up in areas of difficulty.
The middle school program lasts four years and includes an exam at the end of each school year. New students can join the secondary school up to the beginning of the third year.
When leaving school, students take a test similar to the VSB final exam. Additionally, each student is given a dossier detailing his or her course studies throughout their secondary education. Past experience has proved that this record of a student’s scholastic career is highly valued by business leaders looking for an apprentice.
